DELIVERY: For the time being, we will send out all Japan Rail pass documents by post only (1st class or Special Delivery). It is not possible to pick up the passes in person from our office.
REFUNDS: For refunds of Japan Rail Pass exchange orders purchased through our website, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about your cancellation and get more information about how to proceed to minimise delay in the processing of your refund. The usual terms and conditions apply: please note that a cancellation charge of £ 45 applies.
