In the case where its disclosure is requested by law.
In the case where JTB Europe displays the statistical data of personal information (as an information from which an individual person cannot be specified) to analyse the trend of users of our website.
RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA HELD Under the Data Protection Act 1988, you have the right to ask in writing for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.

We have taken all reasonable steps to have in place appropriate security measures to protect your information. Payment by credit card for our travel products, for example, is processed through SAGEPAY, an accredited UK credit card payment gateway. Your credit card number is not informed to, or retained by, JTB Europe.
