Shiba Park

A 386-bedroom hotel centrally located in the vicinity of Tokyo Tower and the Zozoji Temple, but in a quiet tree-lined street. Conveniently situated within 10 minutes walk of Hamamatsucho station (JR Yamanote line and monorail to Haneda airport). Staff are friendly and speak good English. 
Dining at the Shiba Park offers French, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine. The hotel bar, Fifteen, displays Rugby memorabilia and often features live jazz in the evenings.

Grand Palace

The Grand Palace Hotel in Tokyo is located in the Kudan area, within walking distance from the Imperial Palace. All the major business districts, government offices, shopping and entertainment areas can be accessed within 10 minutes from this hotel.
The hotel has 464 guestrooms (of which 200 are non-smoking) with air conditioning, satellite TV, free broadband internet connection, coffee and tea maker, voicemail, refrigerator and many other amenities. Rooms are a little dated but clean and well kept.
