The Hakata Miyako Hotel is located just across the square from the JR Hakata Station. All 254 rooms in the hotel are recently renovated, with flat-screen TV and high-speed internet access (wired LAN in rooms, wifi only in lobby). The Italian restaurant "Molto Buono" at the hotel can be highly recommended and serves a number of original Italian dishes.
